The International Center for Fitness offers workshops, education, training, and personal coaching in fitness, health, lifestyle and nutrition. At the International Center for Fitness, powered by OPT our goal is to enable you to perform at your best. For some, this may be important for athletic purposes and performance enhancement; for others the goal may be to have sustained energy and lose body fat; and for others, the goal may be to enhance workouts, job performance, sleep, and/or life long health. We introduce you to an individualized program design, nutritional prescription and life management strategies to enhance your personal performance. Each person has a unique situation, which must be reflected in a customized prescription in order to achieve their goals in a shorter period of time.
