At Optimum Performance Training Inc. ("OPT") we are committed to maintaining the privacy, accuracy and security of your personal information. We have developed this website privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") to describe our privacy practices and how we collect, use and disclose the personal information of those individuals who visit this website (the “Site”) or use the information or services that we offer through this Site (the “Services”).  All references in this Privacy Policy to "OPT", "we", "us", "our" and like terms should be interpreted accordingly.

OPT has a practice of protecting the privacy and security of our customers, individuals who have access to, and use of, our Site. It is our policy to comply with the privacy legislation within each jurisdiction in which we operate. We do not sell our customer list or customer information.  Sometimes the privacy legislation and / or an individual's right to privacy are different from one jurisdiction to another jurisdiction.
